Feeling depressed can be incredibly isolating, leaving many to wonder why they can't just "get it together" and live life. In the short term, we will identify coping and calming skills that work for you, providing relief. Then, we will work together to uncover and address the root causes of your depression. I use a combination of evidence-based treatments for both short- and long-term depression management. Small steps lead to lasting change and an overall improvement in your life.
