Anxiety
Anxiety is a natural response to stressful or threatening situations. When anxiety becomes overwhelming or persistent, it can interfere with daily life.
In the short term, we will find coping and calming skills that work for you, giving you immediate resources to feel better. Then, we will work to uncover the source of your anxiety and deal with it at a root level. I use a combination of evidence-based treatments for both short and long-term anxiety treatment. Clients come away understanding their anxiety from a neurobiological perspective and with tools to deal with it in the future.
